Vin Rose – 2006 Made from Lemberger grapes from Carter Vineyards, Columbia Valley
Another fantastic bone dry rose. This year’s wine is a beautiful pale salmon color. Tropical fruit and ripe melon burst forth on the nose. Mango and summer fruit livens your palate. Served slightly cooled on a hot summer day.

Alegria – 2004 Columbia Valley
A complex wine bursting with flavors of blackberries, dark cherries and chocolate. Vanilla and Mocha compliments the long finish. 49% Merlot Elephant Mt. 29% Sangiovese Snipes Canyon, 19% Malbec Snipes Canyon, 3% Grenache McIntire Vineyards.

Donatella – 2005 Columbia Valley
Larry Lindvig, Winemaker at Pleasant Hill Winery has again created his popular Donatella blend. Soft, smooth, bursting with flavors of currants, cassias, cherries, plums and a hint of coffee. Nice mouth feel, well balanced and a long lingering finish. 25% Elephant Mt. cabernet, 25% Elephant Mt. merlot, 37.5% Snipes Canyon Sangiovese, 12.5% Gilbert Vineyards Petit Verdot.

Merlot – 2004 Elephant Mountain, Columbia Valley This is a bold Merlot whose aromas of black cherries, hints of caramel and dark chocolate jumps out of the glass. It is well balanced has plenty of acidity and soft tannins, leaving a smooth velvet finish.

Ultimo Grande– 2005 Spanish blend
A new and exciting, dark and full-bodied Spanish blend provides a powerful nose of caramel and cherries. Masterful blend of plums, tobacco and pencil shavings lead to a satisfying long finish. 25% Malbec, 25% Destiny Ridge Tempranillo, 25% Cabernet, 25% Merlot.

Syrah – 2005 Gilbert Vineyard, Waluke slope
Rich aromas of black cherry and chocolate with hints of tobacco and cassis. Robust flavors of ripe blackberry and forest floor. Balanced acidity and long finish.

Tango – 2005
Black-black-black. This blend of malbec and cabernet opens up with a great, fruity, vanilla nose. Flavors of black cherries, plums, cherry tobacco and smoke are integrated with the tannins. Seductive and sexy as the Tango! Drink now or age it. 50% Snipes Canyon Malbec, 34% Destiny Ridge Cabernet, 16% Elephant Mt. Cabernet.

Carnation Red – 2005 Maréchal Foch/Syrah blend, Columbia Valley
This vintage displays dark ruby color with aromas of ripe strawberries, plums and hints of vanilla. On the palate it imparts nice berry flavors, spices and floral notes. Light on tannins it finishes with a perfect balance- neither sweet nor tart. Will complement wild fowl and game.

Lemberger – 2006 Lemberger/Syrah blend, Columbia Valley
Our Lemberger is back! With its light soft tannins and easy-drinking character it possesses flavors of pie cherries, plums and a hint of vanilla. Forward fruit and a long finish.

Il Fascino Rosso - (Red Fascination) 2004 Columbia Valley
Beautiful nose, with aromas of Italian plums, dark fruit and hints of black olives. This medium bodied wine has a great tannic structure and a silky mouthfeel leading to a nice long finish. 44% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 23% Petit Verdot and 8% Cabernet.

Renaissance - 2005
Intense nose of dark plums, cassis, blackberries and a hint of vanilla meets your senses when you taste this big, big wine. Deep garnet color with flavors of chewing tobacco, black licorice and earth. Well balanced integrated tannins and an oh-so-long finish. 37.5% Carters Vineyard Lemberger, 37.5% Gilberts Vineyard Syrah, 12.5% Sangiovese, 12.5% Petit Verdot.
